Eligibility for Refunds

1. Custom Graphics Kits

• Refunds are not available for custom graphics kits.

2. Pre-Designed Graphics Kits

• Refunds are not available for Pre designed graphics kits , we only provide free replacement of the same kit if there is any manufacturing error from our end that also we reserve the right to decide by our quality check experts , only if we approve the replacement for the specific kit.
• The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Process for Refunds

1. Contact Us

• Email us at with your order number and reason for the replacement request.
• Include any necessary documentation, such as photos of manufacturing error items.

2. Approval

• Once your replacement request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

3. Return Shipping

• If approved, you will need to return the item to the provided address.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Processing Replacements

• If your return is approved, we will process your replacement and will provide you tracking details.
